28 years of experience, much of it at Swiss and German PE firms, taught me: due diligence is still dominated by Excel tabs, email threads, and ad-hoc tooling. The process that drives investment decisions worth tens of millions runs on tools never built for DD.

I've been through 40+ DDs myself — as buyer, sell-side advisor, IC member. Every time the same pattern: weeks of onboarding to the data room tool, duplicate work across workstreams, reporting templates from 2008.

Drooms is a data room with DD features. DealCloud is a CRM with DD modules. But nobody built a platform thought through from DD outwards.

Scrutare grew out of exactly that frustration. The platform is not a disguised CRM or data room. It's designed from the workstream output: Quality of Earnings, contract analysis, tech audits, ESG roadmaps — all with purpose-built templates and AI assistance.

We build for mid-market PE in the DACH region. Swiss data residency. No US cloud routing. Per-user pricing that also makes sense for family offices. And a setup that's productive in under one day.

    We're not a generic SaaS platform with a DD plug-in. Every workstream — Financial, Legal, Tax, IT, Commercial, HR, ESG — is first-class designed and integrated.

    Mid-market PE in the DACH region.

    We focus on the market we understand: PE firms, family offices, boutique advisors with deal volume below CHF 500M. Swiss hosting, German-speaking support, local DD realities.

  • Values

    Honesty-first, marketing spin forbidden.

    We communicate honestly what we can — and what we can't. Certifications are marked 'in progress' until they're actually achieved. Comparison tables don't say 'yes' to Scrutare everywhere.
