Scrutare targets 99.9% uptime for all production services. Our infrastructure runs on redundant Swiss-hosted systems with automated failover to minimize disruption during maintenance or incidents.
All customer data is backed up daily with a 30-day retention period. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separated Swiss data centers. Recovery Point Objective (RPO): 24 hours. Recovery Time Objective (RTO): 4 hours.
Critical incidents are escalated immediately to our on-call engineering team. Customers are notified via email within 1 hour of a confirmed P1 incident. A post-incident report is published within 5 business days. See our Incident Report Policy for details.
All data remains within Switzerland in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG / nDSG). No personal or deal-related data is transferred outside Switzerland without explicit contractual basis and customer consent.
